Role: Workday- System Specialist

Experience Level: 2 to 3 Years

Work location: Mumbai

We are looking for a passionate, driven individual that can deliver creative solutions to join our team as a Workday System Specialist, at Quantiphi. This opportunity will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop new skills through talent development and system learning.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Evaluate new features and enhancements
n
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, discuss and implement any feature enhancements needed to meet business requirements
n
- Support the ongoing maintenance of Workday, applying best practices
n
- Design configure and optimize Workday solutions, including business processes, workflows, calculated fields, role assignments
n
- Maintain system security and integrity
n
- Deliver high quality support to our end users and troubleshoot to resolve system issues
n
- Complete functional testing and resolve any known issues to ensure business continuity
n
- Contribute to the Workday Community and user groups
n




- Generate standard and custom reports and dashboards
n

n

Core Requirements:

n

n
- 2+ years of experience with Workday in an administrative role
n
- Strong Knowledge of HCM processes and Security
n
- Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting
n
- Previous experience configuring business processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties within Workday.
n
- Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and part of a team
n
- Strong analytical skills
n
- Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, and end users.
n
- Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts.
n
- Previous experience participating in Workday discovery and design sessions would be an asset
n
- Familiarity with multiple Workday modules is a plus
n
- Keen attention to detail
n
- Workday Certification would be an asset
