Role Description The Purchase Manager role at Bhavya Microns India is a full time, on-site position based in Rajsamand.

The Purchase

Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and finalization of contracts for raw materials and supplies. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, planning material requirements, and ensuring timely delivery to support uninterrupted production.

Manager will evaluate supplier performance, maintain cost-effective purchasing strategies, and collaborate with production, quality,



and finance teams to align procurement with operational goals. The role also includes maintaining accurate purchase records, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor management, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience with inventory planning, materials management, and cost optimization in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to analyze purchase data, prepare reports, and use ERP or procurement software for decision-making.
- Knowledge of industrial minerals or related sectors (e.g., chemicals, raw materials) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to ethical purchasing practices.
- Relevant experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations.
