Provider Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Provider Licensing Specialist with experience in U.S.

healthcare provider licensing and credentialing. The role will manage state licensing applications, renewals, follow-ups, and documentation for healthcare providers across multiple U.S. states.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end provider state licensing and renewal applications.
2. Research and maintain knowledge of state-specific licensing requirements.
3. Prepare, review, and submit licensing applications and supporting documents.
4. Follow up with state licensing boards and resolve application deficiencies.
5. Track applications, license status, and expiration dates.
6. Coordinate with providers and internal credentialing teams for required

documentation. Maintain accurate licensing records and ensure timely renewals.





Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.

Requirements

1. 2–5 years of experience in U.S. provider licensing/credentialing.
2. Experience working with state medical/skilled licensing boards.
3. Strong knowledge of licensing applications and renewal processes.
4. Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
7. Knowledge of CAQH, FCVS, FSMB, Nursys, and state licensing portals is a

plus.
