We are an early-stage healthcare-technology venture building digital products in partnership with a hospital. We’re hiring a versatile, hands-on Project & Operations Associate to be based on-site and act as our eyes, ears and hands on the ground — coordinating between the doctors, the hospital’s local IT team, and our remote product and engineering team.

This is a generalist role that will grow with the company. In a given week you might be gathering requirements from doctors, coordinating a rollout, troubleshooting a tech issue, testing a new app feature, or documenting a process. We’re looking for someone smart, reliable and eager to learn — the mix of work and your responsibilities will expand as the venture scales. What you’ll do

- Act as the single point of contact between the doctors, hospital staff, local IT team, and our remote team — coordinate, schedule and follow up so everyone stays aligned.
- Understand what the doctors and staff need, capture those requirements clearly, and relay them to our product/engineering team (business-analyst work).
- Track tasks, timelines and open issues; keep deployments and trials on schedule; report progress and blockers to the founding team (project coordination).
- Handle first-line IT troubleshooting — networking/Wi-Fi, devices, app logins, payments, and general PC/mobile issues — fixing what you can and escalating the rest with clear notes.
- Test new versions of our apps and report bugs with clear steps and screenshots.




- Maintain simple logs, checklists and inventories so processes stay repeatable.
- Take on new responsibilities as the venture and product portfolio grow.

What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools; general troubleshooting ability is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to talk confidently to senior doctors and to engineers, and stay calm and organized under pressure.
- Proactive, reliable and adaptable — happy to wear many hats in an evolving, early-stage environment.
- Solid at organizing and following up — someone who closes loops without being reminded.
- Fluent in Tamil and comfortable with basic English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Namakkal

Good to have (not mandatory)
- Any exposure to project coordination, requirement-gathering, business analysis, or IT support.
- Experience in a hospital, clinical, or startup setting.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, documents, and app/software testing.
- Own transport to reach the workplace.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Experience: Freshers and up to 2 years welcome

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
