Summary

UST is seeking a Primary Planner to drive material planning, MRP execution, inventory control, and production readiness. The role requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure on-time material availability, planning accuracy, and operational excellence.

- Execute MRP and manage production orders to support manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and material availability.
- Perform demand-supply reconciliation and resolve planning discrepancies.
- Analyze capacity, lead times and shop floor performance to improve execution.
- Drive rework, scrap reduction, and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate shortages and supply chain risks.
- Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support ECO/ECR implementation and manage material impacts resulting from engineering changes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations.
- Solid knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across Manufacturing,



Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams.
