We are looking to hire an experienced Partner – General Corporate for a leading law firm. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in General Corporate, M&A;, Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) transactions and a proven track record of managing high-value matters.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and advise clients on General Corporate and commercial matters.
Handle M&A;, PE, VC and strategic investment transactions end-to-end.
Advise clients on transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiations and documentation.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.




Lead and mentor a high-performing legal team.
Candidates looking to move with an existing team are preferred.

Candidate Profile
10+ years of relevant experience with a reputed law firm.
Solid experience in General Corporate / M&A; / PE / VC.
Demonstrated client management and business development capabilities.
Solid transaction execution, drafting and negotiation skills.
Partner-level candidates with an established practice/team are preferred.
