Job Description

The key responsibilities are -
Manage and improve daily operations across departments in the dealership
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met.
Work closely with senior leadership across multiple departments to plan and execute business objectives.
Oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify areas for improvement and drive process optimisation.
Lead and support teams to achieve effective operations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




Robust experience in managing and leading a construction equipment dealership
The candidate needs to be both commercially and operationally strong and should either have managed dealership in the construction equipment space or a commercial vehicle dealership
Should have a solid understanding of systems and processes while also having a solid understanding of revenue and growth
Should have a decent exposure of managing a sizeable scale of business
Should have a good team management experience
