We are looking for talented qualified who can help us with HubSpot Implementation efforts!

You will be responsible for helping drive ambitious sales and marketing campaigns. This position reports directly to the Head of Operations and will be a key contributor to the execution of marketing plans to accomplish increased acquisition, pipeline, and revenue goals.

Qualifications
Marketing automation platform certification (HubSpot) is a must.
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and revenue operations frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
4+years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or related role
Proven experience managing marketing automation through Hubspot




Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Familiarity with ABM platforms, attribution tools, and marketing analytics solutions
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology company workplace
Background in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
Experience with marketing budget management and vendor relationships
