Avacasa is an AI-native marketplace for second-home and vacation-home investment. Buyers come to us because researching options across dozens of micro-markets is exhausting, and most brokers try to sell rather than help you think. Our job is to compress 100+ options into a personalized shortlist a buyer can walk into a developer conversation with confidence.

About This Role

You will lead product for Avacasa's next generation - the AI-native rebuild. Own the buyer experience end-to-end: discovery, evaluation, personalized shortlist delivery, handoff to sellers. Ship AI features that actually work - evaluated against real customer benchmarks, not demoware.

This is a builder-PM role. You will write specs, prototype yourself (code, v0, Cursor, Bolt, whatever gets you to something shippable rapid), run user interviews, ship, measure. If you write tickets and wait, this is not the role.

Primary Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for the AI-native buyer experience Ship AI-native features on a monthly cadence,



each with an eval suite Design agentic workflows that pair AI with human review where it matters Turn our proprietary data and matching capabilities into product experiences buyers actually use Run weekly customer and prospect interviews; publish insights that shape the roadmap Write product specs that engineering can execute against Required 4+ years in product roles, with at least 2 years shipping AI-native product - LLM-in-the-loop UX, agentic workflows, embeddings, matching / ranking systems Prototype-capable - you code, or you build in v0 / Cursor / Bolt / Figma-to-code well enough that engineering has something concrete to build on SQL and data comfort - you answer your own product questions from data Consumer-product instinct - you have shipped features real users cared about Evidence-first communication; no AI hand-waving Preferred Real estate, PropTech, or high-ticket consumer-marketplace exposure Founding-team or first-PM experience at an AI-native startup Experience designing eval suites for LLM / agentic products Compensation Fixed: Rs 10000 per month stipend.
