Pickup & Delivery Executive

- Handle timely pickup and delivery of parcels, documents, courier bags, and shipments.
- Collect shipments from customers, offices, and designated locations as per the assigned schedule.
- Deliver shipments safely to customers, offices, hubs, and partner locations.
- Verify shipment details, quantity, address, and required documents during pickup and delivery.
- Obtain signatures, OTPs, or delivery confirmation as required.
- Update pickup and delivery status accurately on the company’s app/system.
- Coordinate with the Operations team regarding pickup and delivery schedules and shipment status.
- Report delays, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, damaged shipments, or other issues immediately.




- Handle customer interactions professionally and provide basic assistance regarding shipments.
- Collect COD/payment amounts, where applicable, and submit them as per company policy.
- Maintain proper records of all pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure the safety and security of shipments while in transit.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, company SOPs, and traffic regulations.
- Maintain the company vehicle/bike properly, where applicable.
- Perform other duties related to logistics and operations as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
