Responsibilities:

- Manage overall plant operations including Production, R&D;, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure smooth and timely production of electronic products and PCBA.
- Plan and achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor plant performance, productivity, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce production losses and wastage.
- Monitor inventory, material availability, and production planning.
- Develop and lead the plant team to achieve business objectives.
- Handle production issues and ensure timely corrective actions.




- Prepare and report plant performance to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA, or similar manufacturing industry.
- Solid experience in plant operations and production management.
- Good knowledge of SMT, THT, PCBA assembly, testing, and electronics manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and production processes.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹1,946,550.85 per month
