Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead Analyst with solid hands-on expertise in security tool implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and day-to-day management.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing enterprise security tools and handling implementation and technical troubleshooting across Microsoft security platforms and endpoint security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure and manage enterprise cybersecurity tools and platforms.
Independently troubleshoot security tool and platform issues.
Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring and management of security solutions.
Manage security tools across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and operational support.
Monitor security platforms and investigate technical/security issues.
Work with security and IT teams to resolve complex tool-related incidents.
Support security-tool enhancements, configuration changes and operational improvements.




Maintain appropriate technical documentation and operational procedures.
Ensure security tools remain operational, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Solid hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Defender
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Sentinel
Crowd Strike / Cybereason or similar endpoint security platforms
Other relevant Microsoft security and cybersecurity tools

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong independent ownership of security tools.

Key combination:

Microsoft Defender + Entra ID + Intune + Sentinel + Endpoint Security + Implementation + Configuration + Troubleshooting + Monitoring

Key: Strong hands-on experience independently implementing, configuring, troubleshooting and managing security tools is essential. Candidates with only monitoring or SOC-alert-handling experience should not be prioritized.
