`We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Expert cum Faculty to join our academic team. The role involves delivering high-quality classes, supporting curriculum development and contributing to the overall academic quality of the organization.

This role is ideal for a passionate educator and practitioner with strong academic credentials and skilled dance experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and update curriculum aligned with academic and industry standards
Conduct engaging and effective online/offline classes.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct research, creative work or scholarly activities in dance like classical
Coordinate with the Academic Team to ensure smooth academic operations.
Develop and deliver lesson plans and academic content.

Qualifications:
Solid communication and presentation skills




Diploma in Kalakshetra, Master’s in Performing Arts or a closely related field
Experience with curriculum design and academic assessment
Prior teaching/faculty experience is preferred.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
