About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, GST, TDS and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Verify invoices, expenses and payment-related documents.
Handle GST & TDS accounting and prepare relevant workings.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accounting documents, invoices, contracts and payment records.
Support statutory compliance and audit requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, CA and internal teams.
Prepare accounting reports and provide timely financial information.
Follow and improve accounting SOPs and internal processes.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.




Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / accounting software.
Working knowledge of GST & TDS.
Good MS Excel skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.
Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
