Key Responsibilities:
Operational, service, administrative, and technical support
Basic level reporting
Call center support
Reviewing and processing transactions in Operations or Support
Possessing communication, problem-solving, and general PC skills
Considered a subject matter expert in their area of expertise
May lead teams by providing guidance and direction to less experienced team members

Qualifications:
Graduates / Post Graduates with 24 - 36 months of work experience
