PART TIME ACCOUNTANT –

Position: Part-Time Accountant

Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month

Working Hours: 3–4 hours/day

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Reporting To: Director / Management

Key Responsibilities
Daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Prepare customer invoices and maintain billing records.
Maintain customer & vendor ledgers.
Track payments and outstanding amounts.
Maintain cash and bank records.
Bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly sales, expense and outstanding reports.
Coordinate with CA for GST/TDS and other compliance requirements.
Maintain proper financial documentation and confidentiality.

Required Skills
Tally/Tally Prime
MS Excel
Basic GST knowledge
Good accounting knowledge
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in courier/logistics will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
