Job Description

Role of the position:

n

The employee will be required to Designs, develops and manages client projects, throughout all stages of the project process, according to the guidelines, for smaller, local or regional and/or less complex B-categorized projects.

n

Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering.

n

Main Tasks:

n

n
- Manage multiple projects through closure; develop release plans with contract requirements, milestones, risks and plan for execution.
n
- Responsible for scheduling necessary meetings with resources and stakeholders, act as a facilitator and provide clear documentation, minutes and communication to all involved with project.
n
- Conduct project briefings on project status to project teams and Senior Leadership when required.
n
- Perform project control analyzing variances to the project plan, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
n
- Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
n




- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
n
- Building a trusting and secure environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
n
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
n
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Professional Competency Required:

n

n
- 6-8 Years of Relevant Experience. ( Project Level experience 3 Years is must).
n
- Project Management Professional Certification preferable.
n
- Exposure to SAP module is preferable.
n
- Exposure to Contract Management/Claim Management
n
- Proven record of handling Railway /Metro Business transaction at product or project level is required.
n
- Must have Customer Centric Approach to address their needs.
