Skill: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Experience: 8+

Location: Mumbai, PAN India

8+ years of experience in SAP Project Management

n

n
- Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
n
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks
n

n

Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation → Go-Live)

n

n
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management
n
- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies
n
- Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
n
- Experience in budget management and cost control
n
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
n
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
n

Key responsibilities:

n

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery

n

 Define and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones

n





 Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy

n

 Manage project governance, reporting, and status tracking

n

 Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

n

 Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams

n

 Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans

n

 Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking

n

 Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)

n

 Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance

n

 Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support

n

 Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement

n

 Manage vendor and partner relationships

n

 Ensure successful change management and user adoption
