About the Role

n

We are looking for a GCC & GBS Design Director – F&A; Advisory to lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on the design, setup, transformation, and optimization of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) for global enterprises.

n

The role will work closely with CXOs, CFOs, COOs, and GCC/GBS leaders, shaping operating models, location strategy, service portfolios, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and measurable value-creation initiatives. The individual will also play a key role in business development, solutioning, thought leadership, and building high-performing consulting teams.

n

Experience: 15+ years (relevant experience in F&A; consulting, transformation, or advisory; higher relevant experience may be considered)

n

Location: Pan India

n

Employment Type: Full-time

n

CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA (based on experience and relevant expertise)

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead strategic advisory engagements covering GCC/GBS design, setup, transformation, and optimization
n
- Advise CFOs, COOs, CXOs, and GCC/GBS leaders on operating models and transformation strategies
n
- Design target operating models, service portfolios, governance frameworks, location strategies, and transformation roadmaps
n
- Develop business cases and value-realization frameworks across cost, efficiency, scalability, controls, and experience
n




- Lead complex engagements from problem definition through execution oversight
n
- Drive client workshops, executive presentations, structured analysis, and strategic recommendations
n
- Lead and support sales pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and proposal development
n
- Identify opportunities for account growth and follow-on advisory engagements
n
- Contribute to thought leadership, POVs, white papers, leadership presentations, and client workshops
n
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams across geographies
n
- Leverage AI, ML, RPA, analytics, SAP, Oracle, and other digital technologies to enable next-generation F&A; and GBS models
n

Must-Have Experience

n

n
- Robust Finance & Accounting consulting / transformation / advisory experience
n
- Proven GCC & GBS operating model expertise
n
- Strong strategic advisory and CXO engagement capabilities
n
- Experience leading large, complex global transformation programs
n
- Exposure to shared services, outsourcing, and global delivery models
n
- Strong understanding of F&A; processes and transformation
n
- Experience working with multi-geo teams and global clients
n
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills
n
- Experience with ERP, automation, analytics and emerging technologies
n
- Prior experience with Big 4, strategy consulting, or global services organizations is preferred
n
- MBA / equivalent preferred; CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is an advantage
n
