Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – Vehicle Loan Operations

Location: Head Office, Ernakulam

Qualification: Graduation

Gender: Male/Female

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day vehicle loan operational activities.
Ensure smooth processing and timely completion of loan-related documentation.
Coordinate with branches, customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Monitor loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and related operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Candidate Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Vehicle Loan Operations is mandatory.




Valuable knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
