Experience supporting healthcare applications used in endoscopy, procedural, or surgical care settings.
Understanding of endoscopy workflows, including patient scheduling, procedure documentation, image capture, and post-procedure reporting.
Knowledge of healthcare system integrations, including EMR/EHR connectivity, imaging systems, and clinical documentation platforms.
Solid application troubleshooting and issue resolution skills involving medical devices, software applications, and connectivity issues.
Experience working with physicians, nurses, and procedural staff to provide application support, user training, and ongoing operational assistance for endoscopy or similar healthcare applications.
Experience with applications such as CensiTrac, T-DOC, oneSOURCE, or other similar healthcare applications is preferred but not mandatory.
