About the Role
Vive Housebanao Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
The candidate must have robust accounting fundamentals along with practical knowledge of corporate accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Assist with GST, TDS and statutory accounting requirements
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related activities
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and processes
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience is mandatory
Robust knowledge of Accounts & Accounting Principles
Practical knowledge of Corporate Accounting
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliations
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with Tally/accounting software preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities
Prior experience in a corporate environment will be preferred
