Roles and Responsibilities: •

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on claims for gynecology treatments. • Focus on denial management, resolving claim denials, addressing billing discrepancies, and ensuring payment recovery.
Collaborate with insurance representatives to address issues and expedite reimbursements.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions, including call notes, claim status updates, and resolution actions.
Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and sensitive data.
Work effectively with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate issues when necessary. Required Candidate Profile
Experience: 1 - 2 years in AR calling with proven expertise in denial management, preferably within a gynecology-specific voice process or healthcare domain.
Skills:



Strong English communication skills (both spoken and listening) to interact effectively with US-based insurance providers

. • Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts, aligning with US business hours.
