JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented qualified with hands-on experience in Xero, QuickBooks, US Payroll, and US Taxation & Compliance. Working knowledge of Tally for Indian accounting is an added advantage. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting, payroll processing, and tax compliance for US-based clients, including preparation and filing of income tax returns.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccounting & Bookkeeping
Manage bookkeeping for US clients using Xero and QuickBooks
Maintain Tally records for Indian accounting requirements, as needed
Pass journal entries and complete month-end / year-end closing
Prepare financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

US Payroll
Process US payroll (weekly / bi-weekly / monthly)
Manage payroll tax filings (Forms 941, 940) and W-2 / 1099
Work on payroll platforms like Gusto, ADP, Paychex

US Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)
Prepare business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065)
Ensure IRS compliance and timely filings

What We're Looking For
2–5 years' relevant US accounting / tax experience
Solid command of Xero, QuickBooks & payroll platforms
Excellent attention to detail and client communication

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
