About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can handle architectural design, planning, and execution-related work. The ideal candidate should have good design knowledge and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings and design documentation.
Coordinate with clients, designers, site teams, and vendors.
Visit sites to understand requirements and monitor design execution.
Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
Coordinate with the interior design and project execution teams.
Make necessary design changes based on client and site requirements.
Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the project.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
Solid knowledge of architectural planning and working drawings.
Positive command of AutoCAD and other design software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Site experience will be an added advantage.
