Develop architectural concepts, designs, drawings, layouts, and presentations for projects.
Prepare and review concept drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and contractors.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Review architectural drawings and identify design discrepancies or practical execution issues.
Prepare project specifications, material requirements, and design standards.
Assist in space planning, renovation, refurbishment, and recent development projects.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for materials,



finishes, fittings, and design-related requirements.
Monitor project timelines and support the project team in achieving scheduled milestones.
Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, statutory requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.
Prepare project reports, design presentations, and updates for management.
Evaluate the quality and suitability of materials used in projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
