Position: Assistant Professor / RPA Faculty – UiPath

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Faculty/Trainer with robust hands-on expertise in UiPath to deliver classroom and practical training to students. The candidate should be able to explain RPA concepts effectively and guide students through real-world automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and hands-on training in RPA and UiPath .
Develop course content, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Train students in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Guide students in developing and implementing RPA projects.
Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and industry-oriented sessions.
Mentor students and resolve technical queries.
Participate in academic activities, seminars, and departmental initiatives.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of RPA concepts and automation




Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio & Orchestrator
Workflow development and UI automation
Selectors, variables, arguments, loops, and conditions
Excel, web, and desktop automation
Data scraping
REFramework
Exception handling and debugging
API integration
OCR / Document Understanding
Basic SQL and database connectivity
Basic knowledge of Python/.NET is an advantage

Educational Qualification:
M.Tech/M.E./MCA/M.Sc./Ph.D. in Computer Science, IT, Automation, RPA, or a related field.
UiPath/RPA certification will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust teaching/training ability.
Practical, project-oriented approach.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
Industry experience in RPA/automation will be preferred.
