Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and issue customer invoices for freight, transportation, customs clearance, documentation, and other logistics services.
Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper supporting documents are available before processing payments.
Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Reconcile customer, vendor, bank, and ledger accounts on a regular basis.
Coordinate with the operations team to verify shipment-related charges, job costing, and billing details.
Record and monitor freight, handling, documentation, transportation, customs, and other shipment expenses.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare monthly outstanding statements and follow up with customers for timely collections.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits.
Prepare basic MIS reports, expense reports, receivable/payable reports,



and other management reports as required.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, customers, vendors, and internal departments when required.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in accounting;

experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive understanding of invoicing, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and accounts receivable/payable.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹111,139.78 - ₹799,764.32 per year
