Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Type: Full time Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily QSR operations, supervising the team, and ensuring excellent customer service and smooth outlet functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily restaurant and shift operations.
Supervise, train, and coordinate team members.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Support staff scheduling, attendance, and shift allocation.
Monitor sales, stock, inventory, and operational requirements.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily sales and shift reports.




Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales targets.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Team Leader.
Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality.
Solid team management and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and inventory management.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
