Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from an accredited university.

Experience Industry Expertise – Minimum 5 - 15 years of experience in the medical devices or related industry.

sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management – Strong experience in client handling, sales

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.




Expand and maintain a solid customer base in the assigned region.
Conduct market research to explore current prospects and analyze sales data.
Establish and manage relationships with government, corporate, and key accounts.
Deliver technical presentations to hospital stakeholders and provide clinical support
Drive penetration into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
Engage with neuro, spine, ENT, and ortho surgeons to promote HRS navigation solutions.
Manage sales operations, customer services, and CRM systems to track performance.
Attend conferences, industry meetings, and events to stay updated on market trends.
Handle proposals, agreements, contracts, quotes, and purchase orders.
Oversee dealer and stakeholder management to ensure smooth sales execution.
Ensure timely payment collection and manage the overall sales process efficiently.

Pay: ₹16,065.59 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
