Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Handle day-to-day sales operations and monitor sales activities. Manage and follow up with existing customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners .

Generate current business through lead generation, prospecting, and customer visits/calls . Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, orders, and payment status . Maintain the sales pipeline, CRM records, MIS reports, and daily activity reports .

Support the team in upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business . Coordinate with technical, accounts, logistics, operations, and sales support teams to ensure timely order delivery. Monitor team performance and assist in setting and tracking individual sales targets .

Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure solid customer relationships . Support the Sales Manager in pricing negotiations and closing important deals . Track competitor activities, market trends, and current business opportunities .
