Karigar India is looking for an experienced and responsible Baby Sitter / Child Caregiver , age between 25 to 40 years, for our family in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.

About the Role The selected candidate will be responsible for providing safe, attentive and caring support for young children between approximately 1 and 5 years of age. The ideal candidate should have previous childcare experience, good communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for children. Local and close to area will be preffered.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and care for children during working hours.
Assist with age-appropriate meals, snacks and feeding as required.
Maintain the child's personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Assist with bathing, dressing and other routine childcare activities when required.
Keep the child's room, play area and belongings organised.
Engage children in protected and age-appropriate activities and play.
Monitor the child's safety at all times.
Follow the parents' instructions regarding the child's daily routine.
Communicate appropriately with parents regarding the child's activities and general needs.
Maintain a calm,



respectful and caring workplace.

Requirements
Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, nanny or child-caregiver work.
Experience caring for young children is preferred.
Basic education and the ability to communicate clearly.
Responsible, patient and attentive approach to childcare.
Good personal hygiene and professional behaviour.
Ability to follow family instructions and maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable working with children between 1 and 5 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates with formal childcare, early-childhood education, nursing, teaching or related experience may be preferred.
