We're on the lookout for a Visual Designer who can transform ideas into powerful visuals and shape our brand's digital identity. If you're someone who blends creativity with a sharp eye for detail and thrives in a quick-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

n

Create Visuals for Content & Marketing

n

Design thumbnails, visuals, and creative assets for YouTube, social media, campaigns, landing pages, and websites

n

Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and execute them end-to-end

n

Collaborate with content and video teams on storyboards, style frames, and motion assets

n

Design with Performance Awareness

n

Iterate on thumbnails and creatives using performance signals (CTR, engagement cues)

n

Balance strong visual taste with clarity and effectiveness

n

Own Visual Branding for Marketing

n

Maintain and evolve Airtribe's visual language across marketing and external touchpoints

n





Ensure consistency and premium quality across formats and channels

n

Collaborate & Deliver

n

Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams

n

Manage multiple design tasks and fast turnarounds without compromising quality

n

What You'll Bring

n

Design Experience

n

2–4+ years of experience in visual / communication design

n

Strong portfolio across marketing, branding, and digital content

n

Craft & Tools

n

Excellent command of typography, layout, color, and composition

n

Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and AI tools like MidJourney

n

Strong image-making, photo treatment, and compositing skills

n

Bonus: Motion design, reels, or launch videos

n

Analytical & Ownership Mindset

n

Uses performance signals to improve creative work

n

Thinks like a brand owner responsible for consistent, premium visuals

n

High bar for execution quality; detail-oriented and reliable

n

Non-Negotiables

Strong marketing & communication design background

Top-tier visual craft and execution quality

Experience building or maintaining a visual identity for scaled brands
