Everyday Bakes is a locally loved bakery in Thrissur known for its fresh, high-quality baked goods made with care and consistency. We specialize in breads, pastries, cakes, and traditional Kerala bakes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to recipes and standards.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately using traditional and commercial baking equipment.
Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure consistent quality.
Decorate and finish cakes and other baked goods as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.




Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal specials.
Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh products are always available.
Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house to meet customer demands.

Requirements
Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Passion for baking and creativity in presentation.
Team player with valuable communication skills.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
