Role & responsibilities
Monitor enterprise network infrastructure end-to-end, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution across all retail and corporate locations.
Conduct periodic firewall health checks, rule reviews, and firmware updates to maintain a solid perimeter security posture.
Lead network provisioning and commissioning for current store setups, including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN links, and point-of-sale connectivity.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot VLAN configurations to support segmented, secure traffic flows across retail and back-office environments.
Manage and enhance the SD-WAN fabric, monitoring link performance, configuring policies, and optimising failover to ensure store uptime SLAs are met.
Collaborate with ISPs, firewall OEMs, and managed service providers to resolve escalations and drive service improvements.
Maintain up-to-date network documentation including topology diagrams, IP schemas, and change logs.




Support cybersecurity initiatives by identifying network-level vulnerabilities and implementing hardening measures.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in Science, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration, preferably in a multi-site retail or distributed setting.
CCNA certification required; additional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Solid working knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet / Palo Alto / Cisco ASA), VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN platforms.
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix).
Willingness to travel to store locations for current setups, audits, and troubleshooting.
Robust documentation habits and a disciplined approach to change management.
