Bakery Chef

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and bakery products.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality.
Prepare and decorate cakes and other bakery items as required.
Monitor baking temperatures, timings, and overall product quality.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area and equipment.
Manage daily bakery production according to business requirements.
Monitor stock of flour, ingredients, and other bakery supplies.




Minimize wastage and maintain productive use of ingredients.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for smooth operations.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery.
Relevant bakery experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge of bakery production techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
Robust attention to quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
