Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–2 years Reporting: Project Manager → CMO About the Role : We are looking for an execution-focused Associate Project Manager to support health and wellness programs, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities : Support planning, execution, and tracking of health & wellness programs. Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery. Track client progress, identify gaps, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Track project KPIs, timelines,



and action items and provide regular updates to the Project Manager & CMO. Support SOPs, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives. Proactively identify problems and work across teams to drive resolution.

What We're Looking For : 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, consulting, operations, or startups. Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Client-first mindset with solid attention to detail and ownership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup workplace. Exposure to 0→1 / 1→100 journeys is a robust advantage. PMP certification is a plus.
