Industry: Cold Rolled Steel, Ele. Stemping & Tube Manufacturing

Experience: 20+ years of relevant hands-on experience

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. preferably Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production / related engineering discipline

Location: Faridabad (Corporate Office)

Key Candidate Requirements
Candidate must have 20+ years of hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing of Cold Rolled (CR) Steel and Tube/ERW products.
Current or previous experience must be from a Cold Rolled Steel and/or Tube manufacturing company. Candidates from only steel trading/distribution should not be considered.
Strong and proven hands-on experience in selling steel products to industrial and OEM customers.
Should have an established network among:
OEMs
Automobile / Auto Ancillary companies
Engineering industries
Electrical & Electronics industries
Consumer Durable manufacturers
Tube/pipe users
Other major industrial steel-consuming customers
Robust knowledge of CR steel, HR/CR coils, sheets, ERW tubes and related steel products, including specifications, applications and customer requirements.
Proven track record of business development, revenue growth, customer acquisition and key-account management.




Should have strong relationships with major steel-consuming customers and the ability to independently generate substantial business.
Experience in pricing, negotiation, commercial terms, market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Should be capable of developing and implementing the company's Sales & Marketing strategy at a national level.
Experience in leading a large Sales & Marketing team and managing regional/national sales operations.
Robust understanding of steel market dynamics, customer segmentation, product positioning and contribution margins.
Should possess excellent negotiation, leadership, networking and relationship-management skills.
Candidate should have demonstrated responsibility for significant sales turnover, preferably with measurable achievements.

Ideal candidate:

A senior Sales & Marketing skilled currently working as President / VP / Sr. VP / Business Head / GM / Sr. GM Sales & Marketing in a CR Steel, ERW Tube or integrated steel manufacturing company, with approximately 2025+ years of direct industry experience and a strong personal customer network.
