Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Back Office (Sales Support & Purchase) Executive, located in Indore. The role involves handling back-office operations, coordinating with sales/purchase teams, processing orders, managing documentation, and maintaining records. The candidate will also interact with customers to provide support, assist in financial data preparation, and facilitate seamless communication between departments.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operations and documentation tasks
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact efficiently with internal teams and clients
Basic understanding of Finance-related tasks such as order processing and invoicing
Experience in supporting Sales teams or Purchase through accurate coordination and record-keeping




Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with office management tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
