Setup & Prep: Inspect dining areas, set tables with linen/cutlery (mise-en-place), and ensure cleanliness.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain selections, and note dietary needs or allergies.
Order Management: Take food/beverage orders, enter them into POS/MICROS systems, and pass KOT/BOT (Kitchen/Bar Order Tickets) to staff.

Key Skills & Requirements
