Conduct statutory compliance audits related to S&E; Act Pan India, Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and other applicable laws and statutory challans and returns for PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), factory Act, shops & establishment Pan India CLRA
Verify and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements for employees and contractors.
Review compliance documentation, registers, records, and returns.
Prepare audit reports highlighting gaps, risks, and non-compliances with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams, Operations teams & Accounts teams for timely submission of statutory returns.
Track changes in labor laws and regulations, updating internal compliance checklists accordingly.
Support internal and external audit processes and assist in closing audit observations.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance MIS for management review.Role & responsibilities
