About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, preferably within the IT Services industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, keyword research, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI through data-driven paid marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, execute, and manage PPC and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Develop PPC strategies aligned with business objectives and lead-generation targets.

Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and campaign planning.

Create and optimize Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.

Develop effective ad copies, headlines, descriptions, extensions, and audience targeting strategies.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, conversions, conversion rate, and ROI.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.

Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies.





Work closely with the Business Development, Sales, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve lead generation and conversion.

Coordinate with the content and design teams for campaign creatives, landing pages, banners, and ad copies.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads updates, PPC trends, algorithm changes, tools, and industry best practices.

Monitor competitors and identify new paid marketing opportunities for the IT Services business.

Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and maintain strong account health.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.

Experience working in the IT Services / IT Software industry is mandatory or highly preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid lead-generation campaigns.

Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.

Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.

Excellent understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Good understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
