Job Title: Pharmacist – Online Pharmacy (App)

Job Responsibilities

Prescription Verification & Validation

- Review and verify prescriptions uploaded by customers on the app before order processing
- Validate prescription authenticity, doctor details, patient name, dosage, and drug legality as per regulatory norms (Schedule H/H1/X compliance).
- Flag unclear, incomplete, or suspicious prescriptions and reach out to the customer/doctor for clarification before dispensing.
- In case of item unavailability, suggest substitutes only after consulting with the customer.

Customer Support

- Provide tele/chat-based counselling to customers on dosage, drug interactions, and side effects.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls/chat queries related to drug information, order status, and prescription clarifications.




- Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and resolve delivery escalations related to medicine orders.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling sensitive health-related queries.

Inventory Management & Order Processing

- Ensure proper shift handover with pending order/escalation status documented.

Eligibility

- Candidates with 1 – 3 years can apply
- Eligibility for candidates with D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification with valid state pharmacy license

Compensation & Benefits

- On company rolls, with competitive pay, advantages, and performance-linked incentives

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
