We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute & optimise paid campaigns focused on measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & other relevant platforms

Drive leads, conversions & ROI through continuous campaign optimisation

Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding & audience strategies

Track campaign performance & prepare regular reports

Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth

Coordinate with the creative & content teams for high-performing ad assets

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Robust knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Good understanding of tracking, analytics, funnels & conversion optimisation

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns & clients independently
