GOOD EAT CO™ is a growing healthy, taste-first, protein-focused snacks & beverages brand, building across Quick Commerce, Amazon, and D2C.

We’re looking for a hands-on growth professional to drive measurable online revenue across Paid Marketing, D2C, Amazon and Quick Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise Meta & Google Ads for customer acquisition and revenue.
- Drive sales across D2C, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
- Manage channel budgets, campaigns, promotions and growth initiatives.
- Track and optimise CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, ACOS/TACOS and contribution margin.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, basket size and repeat purchases.
- Work with the creative team to develop, test and scale performance-focused creatives.
- Analyse Amazon and Quick Commerce performance across SKUs, visibility, promotions and sales.




- Run structured growth experiments and turn data into actionable decisions.
- Work directly with the founders and take ownership of agreed growth targets.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth or E-commerce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Practical experience with Amazon Ads / Seller Central.
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Bigbasket, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Nutrition, D2C or Consumer Brands is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, marketplace growth and unit economics.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to measurable sales results.
- Strong analytical, execution and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
