About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong agency experience and a proven track record of managing large-scale brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining efficient ROAS and CAC.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across acquisition and remarketing.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audience segmentation, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR,



CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and revenue.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and structured campaign testing.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining sustainable customer acquisition costs.
- Co-ordination with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, EasyEcom, Flipkart VMS, NimbusPost, Shiprocket, Return Prime and other marketplace/OMS platforms.

Required Experience & Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Agency experience or experience in D2C industry is preferred.
- Should have worked with large-scale brands generating at least ₹3 Cr monthly revenue per brand.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce brands will be preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, EasyEcom, Flipkart VMS, NimbusPost, Shiprocket, Return Prime and other marketplace/OMS platforms will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
