Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Manager to oversee product packing, ensure order accuracy, maintain quality standards, and coordinate timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure products are packed safely and appropriately.
- Check product quantity, quality, labels, and order accuracy.
- Manage packing materials and maintain inventory.
- Allocate tasks to packing staff and monitor productivity.
- Ensure proper handling of fragile and premium products.
- Maintain packing records and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in packing, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
- Valuable team-handling and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and packing procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
