Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end Subscription Management solutions within the Oracle SCM Cloud ecosystem to align with unique client business processes and revenue recognition requirements.
- Lead functional workshops with key business stakeholders to translate complex service-based business models into robust, scalable system configurations.
- Manage the integration of Subscription Management with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud and Financials to ensure accurate billing, accounting, and reporting outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and provide expert recommendations on standard versus custom functionality to optimize system performance and maintain upgradeability.
- Oversee the execution of system testing, data migration, and user acceptance training to ensure high-quality delivery and seamless adoption by end-users.
- Provide post-implementation hyper-care and strategic guidance to resolve complex functional issues, ensuring long-term system stability and operational excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring Oracle Subscription Management, including the setup of subscription profiles, pricing strategies,



billing schedules, and renewal management workflows.
- Proven ability to navigate the integration touchpoints between Oracle SCM Cloud, Order Management, and Financials, ensuring data integrity across the entire revenue stream.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across diverse global teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving critical functional bottlenecks in high-stakes enterprise environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a qualified demeanor that thrives in a hybrid work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while maintaining clear communication with project managers and client leadership to meet aggressive delivery timelines.
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, specifically focusing on the SCM and Subscription Management modules.
