Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily solar plant electrical operations and maintenance.
Monitor plant performance and power generation.
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and electrical systems.
Monitor SCADA and identify operational issues.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure electrical safety, PTW and LOTO procedures.
Prepare daily/monthly operation and maintenance reports.
Ensure maximum plant availability and effective power generation.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV plants
Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
SCADA monitoring
HT/LT systems
Team coordination and supervision
Positive communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
