Job Profile: Business Analyst

Experience: 3 years

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business performance across revenue, budgets, products, regions, channels & customers
Perform Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual, Prior Year, variance & trend analysis
Identify performance gaps, growth prospects, risks & key business drivers
Build and maintain Excel & Power BI dashboards, reports & KPIs
Consolidate and validate data from ERP, Excel, Power BI & other sources

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management
Support business reviews and ad-hoc analytical requirements
Drive reporting automation using Power Query, SQL & Python
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Marketing & IT/Data teams.
